Requirements - Driver

Minimum 23 years of age
-
Driver must also be the owner (i.e., no fleet owners)
-
Must have 2 years verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience, or be recent graduate of an approved, certified truck driver training school PLUS have at least one year verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
-
No more than two moving citations within the last three years
-
No more than two preventable chargeable accidents within the last three years
-
No DWI within the last seven years
-
No reckless driving or hit and run in the last three years
-
No felony convictions
-
Valid class CDL (A) with Hazmat Endorsement
-
No positive drug or alcohol test
-
Must pass pre-employment D.O.T. physical and drug screen
Requirements – Tractor

1990 model or newer, inspected and approved by HENRY
-
Fifth wheel no higher than 48 inches
-
Exhaust stack to be minimum 13’ 3”
-
Must meet FMCSR parts 325, and 393
Compensation
c.s. Henry Transfer, Inc. shall pay to Lessor as rental for the equipment (tractor), as well as for the driver services to operate the equipment at a rate of 74% of the gross revenue, plus 100% fuel surcharges; weekly settlements.
